3. SECURE TRANSPORT
We only transport your motorbikes using secure racks specially designed for road haulage. MOTObyCAT is the only transport operator in France with its own secure transport racks. and has standardised its transport method for motorbikes.
If you choose your home address as the departure location, your motorbike will be mounted onto the secure rack by our CAT driver. Our drivers are specially trained to transport motorbikes.
If the vehicle is departing from a centre or collection point, all you have to do is take your motorbike to the facility chosen. Our driver will retrieve your motorbike at the collection point.
When you drop off your vehicle or when it is picked up, you will fill out a handover assessment . with our personnel. This assessment enables us to establish the condition of your motorbike before transport, and accompanies it throughout. This document allows our driver, upon arrival, to verify the condition of the vehicle with you.
Once mounted onto a secure metal rack, the vehicle is strapped in to make transport as safe as possible and to prevent it from moving.
After it is loaded into the truck, your motorbike will be transported to the MOTObyCAT destination centre that will carry out delivery.
All you have to do is wait for your vehicle to be delivered to the address chosen: CAT centre, collection point or home address.
