The order was for transport from one home address to another, and everything went very well, from the pick-up from the previous owner to delivery to my home address. Everything was on time.
Their follow-up is excellent they call you the day before pick-up to set a time and again on the day before unloading to set a time. I highly recommend the company if you need to have your bike transported !

One-way transport in July from Le Mans to Savoie completed in 7 days, weekend included, without a hitch. Transported back in mid-September, which also took 7 days, but only because we chose this; they could've done it quicker if we wanted! Each time, the bike arrived securely packed without a scratch.
Absolute pros in transporting bikes for individuals !

Thank you so much. For us, it was no more expensive than a round trip by car with our motorbike rack! In short, we'll absolutely call you again if we need you.
